Wellbeing

Well-being doesn’t always mean bubble bath, face mask and candle (although some of us might find it very appealing, just right now!). Taking care of yourself could look not at all glamorous sometimes, as you learned to do with your child (potty training, anybody?). And it involves choices that go best with your family arrangements and contribute to your health, both physical and mental. Whatever it means for you, we are here to give you some suggestions here and there, sharing tools and articles that spoke to us. Hope they help!

Quick wellbeing tips

Breathe!

Wellbeing could be just as simple as taking one minute to breathe, press the pause button, centre yourself.

Exercise

Go out for a walk, a run, or whatever exercise rocks your boat! Most surely will make you feel better.

Sleep

Sleep! This can be a difficult one for many of us, but dishes, Netflix or cooking can wait. You need your rest, even if it is a 10 minutes power nap. It will help you refocus and be more efficient.
