Specially selected ideas and activities to make the most of your time at home
Okay, this is not an exercise video as such, but it is a great example of how you can get your kids to do a workout with you and learn a tone of things along the way.
As the teacher on this video demonstrates, if you have a big warm smile, make your child feel listen to and use your body language, you have all the ingredients to have a great time with your kid, not only exercising, but anything you set out to do.
Thanks to Wattsenglish for this inspirational video. Here is the link.
Use this video as a guide but is best to have a few themes or ideas prepared that you want to teach your kid just as a rough guide (colours, textures, animals…) and then build the excitement and the energy with your body and feeding from her/his responses.
Spontaneity, imagination and listening skills are the key for this type of activity.
