Kid's Friendly gazpacho

With summer coming and going here in the U.K., a cool refreshing gazpacho is what you need to keep hydrated with a vitamins-packed and easy to make recipe! For two servings here are the ingredients you will need:

You just need to chuck everything in a food processor for long enough to make a smooth, creamy soup. You can afterwards pass it through a colander to filter it. Enjoy it very cold!
